In my mind this video is not just an aow4 video. I thought about creating a post asking the devs about it before making this video, but I figured that I would put my video discussion out first laying out why I like local save files. It's seems very likely that the mp save files will be handled the same way as they are in planetfall.
I thought about asking on the forums what kind of save file system age of wonders 4 will have, but I figured it would be interesting to give my thoughts on the options before we know what we are going to get in aow 4. But i figured it would make for an interesting discussion/predictions. I know its probably too late in development to change how mp games are save.
